Recommended feeding
- Use approximately 1 kg daily for body maintenance.
- For lactation, use approximately 1 kg of BUFFMAX for every 2 litres of milk.
- A buffalo producing 12 litres may receive about 6 kg of production feed, divided between meals, with maintenance needs considered in the complete ration.
- Adjust according to body condition, stage of lactation and forage quality.
Feeding and management guidance
- Introduce gradually over 7-10 days.
- Combine with about 20-30 kg green fodder and 4-5 kg dry roughage, adjusted to local ration conditions.
- Divide into morning and evening or additional smaller meals for higher quantities.
- Provide plentiful fresh water throughout the day.
